Cruise across the open ocean of the Strait of Georgia to this secluded Provincial marine park, keeping an eye out for whales and dolphins along the way. Anchoring just outside of Home Bay, you will be shuttled to shore two-at-a-time in a dinghy and left to explore. Jedediah Island is rich with history and a multitude of beautiful landscapes. Nature trails lead through old growth forests, meadows with wild sheep, and a historic homestead surrounded by rocky coves and beaches. You can view a map of the Island here.

We allow approximately one hour (depending on weather) for the crossing to Jedediah, and another half hour to shuttle guests to shore. This allows for ~3 hours of exploration, a picnic on land or on the boat, and a swim if desired. Your time can be extended at the Captain’s discretion.

This excursion is dependent on favourable wind conditions in the Strait of Georgia. If the wind does not allow for the Strait crossing, we will pivot to a cruise in more protected waters. The maximum number of passengers for this adventure is six.
